The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It has, a desk, dining table, sofas and comfortable beds. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels. It is equipped with the necessary technology to offer high-speed Wi-Fi and to check in online and smart lock system to avoid waiting on arrival. We offer luggage lockers located at the same building. And baby cot on demand. Friedrichshain is one of the districts of former East Berlin that has changed the most. It is Berlin\`s new bohemia, managing a firm connection to the old East Germany and a forward-looking, youthful scene. Culinary delights on market day, a relaxing walk through the Volkspark or a visit to a peninsula. In the evening, explore the Friedrichshain neighbourhood between Warschauer Straße and Frankfurter Allee with its many bars, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends, sip the coolest cocktails or hit the clubs, this area has it all. Ostkreuz is 5 minutes walking distance, from there trains go to the airport in 15 minutes and to the citycenter. Alos tram stop in front of the apartmet and U-bahn 10 minutes far. Leider ungenügend gereinigt (Bad, Küche/Kaffeemaschine und Schlafzimmerböden) daher nur 1 Stern. 3 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen internationaler Küche. Tolle Anbindung zur S-Bahn. Auto kann zum günstigen Preis im Parkhaus (ca. 1km) abgestellt werden. Schade, dass sich nicht alle Gäste der anderen Appartements an die vorgegebenen Ruheregeln gehalten haben. Bei Nutzung mit voller Personenzahl und nur durchschnittlichem Anspruch stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Mit einer Kleingruppe, die mehr als das Mindestmaß an Komfort wünscht, leider zu teuer.
