Our home is a great place for a relaxing stay near the beach on a quiet street in a family-friendly community packed with amenities. Parking at the property accommodates three vehicles. Overflow parking is available off premises. Trailers for boats and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on the street. Trailers must be parked on the driveway only. Our property is not a party house. Respect for our property and our neighbors is required. There is a strictly enforced 11:00PM noise curfew. This charming home is situated among magnolias and pines on a wide canal with direct access to the St. Martin River and Assawoman Bay. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, WiFi, washer/dryer and large deck overlooking the serene canal. It has the feel of a cozy cedar-sided cottage, but can comfortably accommodate two families with six bedrooms, including a master bedroom on both floors. Our home is just a ten-minute drive to Ocean City beaches. On the beach, the Ocean Pines Beach Club Pool is open to your family, and our rental includes a beach-front parking pass for the Club. The Beach Club pool (4901 Coastal Highway) or any of the 5 Ocean Pines pools can be accessed for a daily fee. Our home is also located two blocks from the Ocean Pines Swim and Racquet Club. Daily pool or tennis passes are available. Ocean Pines also has 3 additional pools, including the large indoor Sports Core Pool if the weather is not cooperating. We were 3 senior citizens, our daughter, son-in-law and their 2 kids, ages 24 and 10, and another single daughter, whose boyfriend came down for just 2 nights. The décor was plain but functional. Kitchen small but well equipped. The common areas were adequate but not spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed. But what made this rental ideal, and very unusual in our experience, was how well suited it was for those with several couples in the group. 6 true bedrooms, 4 of those with queen size beds. And 4 bathrooms, 2 on each floor. The other 2 bedrooms each had 2 twin beds. Another plus - 2 of the queen bedrooms were on the first floor. Ideal for those with difficulty climbing stairs. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner twice at the rental. Highly recommend downloading the Food Lion app for discounts and for having same-day delivery. We’ve stayed in Ocean Pines before, and as always enjoyed the yacht club pool with table service for lunch. Excellent reasonably priced food. The beach access, along with a beach club pool, is a great benefit as well. Very helpful, responsive host. ##### Michele A.
