Additional features include TVs in all four bedrooms, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer for your convenience. \*Ocean Pines properties offer options to purchase a parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club (located on 49th Street and Coastal Highway in Ocean City) and pool passes to the four Ocean Pines community pools and the Ocean Pines Beach Club pool. Pool passes and parking permits are available for purchase through the Ocean Pines Association. The property manager offered to either send out another cleaning crew or deduct the cleaning fee from our visit. We felt that was handled very professionally. Nice waterfront home in a nice community. Perfect layout for a large family. Very nice deck and outdoor seating. Close to stores and 15 minutes from the beach. Even the grill had been replaced before we arrived. Only drawback was the bedrooms were on the small size.
