In the living room there is a fireplace, a wonderful large dining table and an XXL sofa to relax. Also a balcony, television. The master bedroom has a large bed 180x200, television, closet. The 2nd bedroom has a 140x200 bed and an American walk-in closet. The bathroom is very bright with a window, bathtub and towel warmer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a design fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove and lots of inventory. Also a De Longhi coffee machine. The apartment is newly furnished and offers sleeping space for 6 people. You live in the middle of nature, surrounded by the nut meadows, forests and the nuthe (river). You can go for walks or visit one of the adjoining riding stables. You can walk to the pharmacy, restaurants, ReWe, Aldi, Post in 3 minutes, and the Sterncenter Potsdam in 10 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to downtown Potsdam, to Sanssouci and other sights, lido, the White Fleet and much more. 7 minutes to the train station / railway line Dessau-Berlin, regional bus lines, 3 minutes to the motorway entrance / connection A115 Berliner Ring or Landstrasse L78, 40 minutes to Potsdamer Platz with all its entertainment options, musicals, casino, restaurants, 30 minutes to KuDamm / KaDeWe We are happy to offer you our personal service: shopping service, Prosecco / sparkling wine as a welcome or / and a fruit basket, restaurant reservation or booking of events / visits of your choice We look forward to you! ## Property amenities ### Internet - Die Lage ist ruhig, leider aber war am Wochenende in einer der Nachbarwohnungen bis weit in die Nacht sehr laute Musik, die uns vom Schlaf abgehalten hat. Am Sonntagmorgen früh ist die Abreise mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr (Busverkehr) nicht möglich. Leider lies sich auch kein Taxt organisieren (waren angeblich alle ausgelastet!) somit musten wir zu Fuss in die ca. 20 min. entfernte Bahnstation laufen. We had a lovely balcony for breakfasting, tub, shower, stove, fridge and a fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had a linen cupboard so we could change linens when needed. We were close to the bike path and the Rehrbruecke woods, with many hiking/running/cycling paths. Sylvia was a gracious hostess, the apartment was stocked with information and materials on where to visit and what to do, and she and her family were very responsive to our needs (even when I accidentally locked myself out one morning!) despite the fact that we did not speak the same language. This was a beautiful and easy place to stay, and Sylvia was a kind and helpful contact. ##### Mary d. Die Wohnung liegt nur 10 Min Fahrzeit von der Autobahn A115 entfernt und ca. 15 Min zur Innenstadt von Potsdam. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich auf Anhieb wohl fühlt. In der Nähe gibt es einen REWE-Markt mit Bäcker und einen Aldi-Markt. Von den beiden Restaurants in der Nähe, in denen wir speisten, waren wir eher enttäuscht. Wenn man allerdings nur etwas trinken möchte, kann man dort gemütlich sitzen. Beim nächsten Mal werden wir im Zentrum von Potsdam speisen. Aug 11, 2016 #### Sehr schöner Aufenthalt Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und hat einen sehr guten Erholungswert. Die Entfernung nach Potsdam ist schnell zu bewältigen. In der Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen. ##### Randolf M. Eine große sonnige FeWo in einem Altbau. Die Wohnung selbst designerhaft eingerichtet mit allem Drum und Dran. Hervorragende Betten/Matrazen - ein kleiner Balkon für die Abendsonne - Wlan und Flach-TV auch in beiden Schlafzimmern. Ein sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Vermieter-Ehepaar wohnt auch im Haus. Stock einer Altbauvilla. Die Wohnung ist in gutem und sauberem Zustand und komplett mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Die Betten waren bereits bezogen. 3 TV Geräte sind vorhanden aber leider keine Stereoanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nur die abgebildete große Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden. Aber wir kamen auch mit der Standard-Kaffeemaschine aus. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. ##### Wolfgang S. Sep 7, 2015 #### Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung Sehr gut geschnittene Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Haus in einer angenehm ruhigen Wohngegend, abe rnur 15 Minuten von Potsdamcity entfernt. Die Wohnung war entsprechend der Fotos im Internet in einem top Zustand. Die Vermieterin, die mit ihrer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnt, hat uns gut betreut.
