Additional charges may apply for pets. The fully furnished 2-room apartment with approx. 50m² is modernly equipped and generously proportioned. The apartment has an open plan living / dining area and a small equipped pantry kitchen with appropriate equipment. Cable TV and WiFi are of course available free of charge. There is also a modern bathroom with a spacious bathtub. Barrier-free parquet flooring is laid throughout the apartment. Towels, bath towels and bed linen are of course provided at no extra cost. Electricity, heating, water etc. are included in the rent. Large floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view of a separate Mediterranean garden terrace or the southwest-facing balcony.
