However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. The amenities in the apartment listed it had wifi - this was not the case - another issue that was not fixed. Save yourself some money and book a hotel in Bergen, you will have a less stressful experience and friendlier stay! ##### Jennifer Stayed 3 nights in Sep 2025
