Le prix d'un 5 étoiles pour se retrouver dans une chambre d'hôte, où vous n'avez aucun accueil, aucun service, une salle de bain grande comme une armoire dans laquelle il faut rentrer dans la douche pour fermer la porte et ainsi accéder aux toilettes, pas de tv, pas de minibar... la maison n'a que peu de charme et est surtout mal entretenue (poignée de porte cassée, rideaux qui tombent, miroirs fendus, une cuisine qui sert de salle de petit déjeuner qui est sale) il y a deux salons, un qui est le bureau de la propriétaire et un autre où la fille de la propriétaire est vautrée dans le canapé à regarder la seule et unique tv de la maison. le palier des chambres est encombré d'une planche à repasser et d'un tas de linge, aucune insonorisation dans la chambre.. enfin tout ceci est très prétentieux et pourrait être acceptable à condition que cela soit annoncée sur Hotels.com comme une guesthouse et que le prix soit en rapport, pour 70 euros il n'y aurait rien de scandaleux mais à 250 euros la nuit c'est une véritable arnaque!!! je déconseille fortement cet établissement. ##### Alain ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller Sep 24, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Fantastic guest house The other review says it's not a real hotel, it isn't it's a guest house ran by the owner, there's only 6 rooms but they are large and we'll looked after, the owner is really friendly and always happy to help with your holiday, the view is amazing, also offered is kayaking and great fishing grounds, and the breakfast is really good. ##### Verified traveller ### 10/10 Excellent #### Trygve, Haugesund Sep 23, 2015 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Fantastisk sted ! The outdoor pool is great for swimming and we enjoyed a private boat trip out to the sea. Torunn is welcoming, helpful, nothing is too much trouble. She makes a beautiful breakfast. Bergen is a 50 minute bus or bus/tram journey but buses are regular. When we got there late at night around midnight we were told that Venere had double booked rooms so there is no room available for us. The owner offered to put us in another room in a nearby property which is not close in quality to the one we had booked, upon asking what would be the rate for the alternate being offered we were told that the rate would be the same. Alternatively we were offered to go to a different hotel at a higher rate and being disgusted at how we were being treated we elected to drive to the other hotel. The owner was putting all the blame on Venere for the supposed double booking which resulted in us not getting the room we booked and that had been guranteed with our credit card for late arrival. Ligger en bit utanför Bergen men med fina omgivningar, bla en Botanisk trädgård som inbjöd till härliga morgonpromenader. Vill man ha en stund för sig själva och bo lyxigare så är stället perfekt. The kingsize bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious with a walk in closet with more space than one could use. The breakfasts were in a light and airy kitchen, again with great views of the water. We felt at home immediately as the owner was warm and friendly. The breakfast was good and we were told to help ourselves. Nearby is a botanical gardens and some lovely walks with water views.
