Jun 29, 2025 Liked: Communication While bed didn’t have enough cushion and the sounds from upper floor sometimes noisy, it’s reasonable because the price is cheaper than others, location is close to Brigen, and I could use kitchen, microwave and fridge to avoid too much expensive restaurants. One point we should be careful is actual room we stay might be different from picture and address you see in expedia. Stayed 3 nights in Jun 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Kevin Jun 20, 2017 Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Peeping tom hole in "romantic suite" ,sewage smell Horrible! first thing on arrival we noticed a peeping tom hole in the door to our room ("romantic suite"), whole room cheap and bodged. but what topped it all: bathroom and toilet in the kitchen accompanied by a horrid sewage smell. combination lock on entrancedoor faulty. result: we were locked out for 2 hrs.in pouring rain. owner very unhelpful. finally sent a handywoman and a handyman, offered to pay us a dinner as compensation but never did. by the way: no TV. only positives: Wifi was working and location great. we think we should at least get 50% refunded as that room doesn't meet any building regs esp.for accomodating guests. took lots of photos as proof. ##### Kevin Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2017 ### 6/10 Okay #### Alf Jul 22, 2023 Liked: Communication Fin beligenhet. Gammelt og meget lytt hus, amatørmessig innsett av bad (lovlig?), regulering manglet på dusj, kun toppdusj virket, bittelite og trangt bad, tykke støvlag på kontakter o.l., lyspære gåen på kjøkken, gardiner for korte på soverom, en av kjøkkenkrakkene var delvis ødelagt, kun håndvask av kopper (lovlig?) o.l. Vi hadde ikke lest godt nok på informasjonen og ble overrasket da det ikke var tv på rommet. Varmekabler på kjøkkenet virket ikkje, Det var ingen alternativ oppvarming tilgjengelig og fikk vite rett før avreise at det var en panelovn i gangen bak trappen.. det var en kald fornøyelse. About 25 min walk from train station. A bit of up hill with luggage. We opted for a taxi. Certainly well equipped with all you require for short or long stays.
