Wir .. Ausstattung: Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, die auch eine gute Zimmeraufteilung hat. Wir waren zwei Wochen da mit unseren Kindern (14 und 12). Die Kinder haben auf der Schlafcoach im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, die bequem war und tagsüber mit zwei Handgriffen zusammengeklappt werden konnte. Wirklich super ist, dass die Wohnung großzügig mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Besteck und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist. Das haben wir auch schon oft anders erlebt, so dass wir in den Urlaub mittlerweile immer z. B. einen Sparschäler und einen Flaschenöffner mitnehmen. Schön ist auch, dass es Untersetzer, zwei Wolldecken gibt sowie für die Terrasse zwei kleine Tische, insgesamt vier Stühle inklusive Sitzpolstern und Sonnenschirm. Handtücher und Bettwäsche usw.: Sehr genial ist auch, dass man ab 8 Übernachtungen für alle Personen zwei Sätze Handtücher (Badetuch und normale Größe) sowie zwei Duschvorleger und vier Gwschirrhandtücher erhält - und das alles im Preis inklusive. An der Ostsee bezahlt man für Bettwäsche und Handtücher für jede Person als Wäschepaket zwischen 15 und 30 Euro und bekommt dann einen Satz Handtücher pro Person dafür und muss bei zwei Wochen Urlaub zwischendurch Handtücher waschen. Klasse ist auch, dass es einen Lappen, Spülmittel, ein paar Putzmittel und Utensilien sowie jede Menge Mülleimerbeutel, Handseife und Nachfüllpack, einen funktionierenden Staubsauger, Wäscheständer usw. gibt. Das mag seltsam erscheinen, dass wir das so loben, aber wir haben auch da schon schlechte Erfahrungen bei gleichem bis höheren Preisniveau in Ferienwohnungen gemacht. Sauberkeit: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber als wir ankamen. Auch das Bad und die Küche waren sehr sauber sowie kein Staub auf den Möbeln. Service: Die Miarbeiterinnen der KF Touristik aus Bischofswiesen, die die Wohnung verwalten, sind sehr nett und freundlich und bieten einen guten Service. Die telefonische Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut und auf E-Mails wird auch sehr schnell reagiert. Kurz vor der Anreise sowie kurz vor der Abreise erhält man Mails mit allen Infos. Lage der Wohnung und Infrastruktur: Das Haus befindet sich quasi in zweiter Reihe in einer ruhigen Straße ohne direkten Autoverkehr vor der Wohnung. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, hat man keinen großartigen Ausblick auf die Bergwelt, und es ist relativ dunkel in der Wohnung. Uns hat das nicht gestört, da wir das aufgrund der Beschreibung vorher wussten. Wir haben uns bewusst für die Wohnung entschieden, da wir die Ortsnähe zur Innenstadt (wirklich top) und keine Lage außerhalb wollten, weil wir mit der Bahn angereist sind. Der ÖPNV vor Ort ist sehr gut - alles ist mit ein wenig Planung gut erreichbar. Auch da punktet die Wohnung - der Bahnhof / ZOB ist schnell erreichbar, direkt vor dem Haus gibt es eine Buslinie, die z. B. nach Maria Gern fährt. Some noodles and pool toys in the outside bin. The layout of the home is ideal as well (2 bedrooms on one side and main on the other. The kids also loved the games in the garage. Also a great location as it was only 18 minutes to Legoland. Hien was very responsive to any questions I had. The place was pretty stocked with essentials and some extras. However, the main bed was extremely loud, there was some leather or something around the border of the box spring and “creaked” anytime you moved. Also, be advised that there is a freight train that runs almost every 2 hours and blared it’s horn for about 2 minutes. That plus the bed noise kept my wife and I up basically every night. The place was fairly clean, but I always notice little things like very old/dirty base boards, the shower heads looked pretty dirty/moldy (good water pressure though), and all air vents were rusted/very dirty. Tolle gemütliche sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Das ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage dazu gehört ist optimal. Lage zum Zentrum top alles in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von der Ausstattung! Vor allem die Lage ist überragend, da man immer zu Fuß ins Stadtzentrum laufen konnte und falls man mal weiter weg wollte, hatte man das Auto nicht weit, dank der Parkgarage :) Wir kommen gerne wieder! ##### Sabine M.
