The first level of our home boasts a modern fireplace, cozy couches, and a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with Roku, perfect for all of your streaming needs. Off of the living room are the fully stocked kitchen and a dining table that seats 6\. Our kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and all of the essentials you will need to whip up your favorite meals. Guests have access to our outdoor dining space through sliding doors in our dining room. Our 3 luxury bedrooms are located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom is complete with a plush King-size bed, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Roku, a private balcony, and a large en suite master bathroom. The start of our master bathroom is the large soaking tub - perfect for unwinding after an adventure-packed day. Our other two bedrooms feature Queen-size beds, luxury linens and bedding, and modern decor. There is also a Queen-size air mattress in the upstairs storage closet to sleep 2 more people. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. \- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. \- This is a non-smoking home. Right down the street you can access some of the amazing biking, walking and running trails that weave throughout this charming city. Downtown Bentonville is just a couple of minutes away by car, or you can stroll through trails and lovely neighborhoods to get to restaurants, shopping and fabulous coffee! The kitchen is roomy and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. We were a group of 6 adults, and we had plenty of space. The outdoor eating space was so charming, and we adored sitting on the porches! We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this property to others! ##### Julia B.
