Have started staying separately because of space and really enjoyed Justin’s place. We will be back for a mountain biking trip since this location is perfect for that. My 4 friends and I stayed for a total of 5 nights for our Bentonville MTB vacay. Place is super convenient to the Slaughterpen Phase 3 trail hub where you can do some quick warm up runs down BooBoo, MooMoo and Choo Choo which are all fairly easy for anyone who’s is a novice and higher skill set rider. And plenty of places to eat that are only a bike ride away. Walmart is also super close to stock up on your food and necessity supplies. This house has a pretty nice 4 bedroom split with two rooms on one side with their own bathroom and the other two on the opposite side with their own bathroom as well. The kitchen was roomy with everything we needed for cooking our meals for breakfast and dinner. Just pack a couple rolls of paper towels as none are provided. All beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights rest to shred the next day. Washer and dryer worked good with no issues. Just make sure you bring your own laundry detergent as none was provided. The bike shed storage in the backyard was nice to keep the bikes locked and secured with the bike work station and tools which came in handy a few times during our stay. Only thing I would say it was lacking was a power strip for charging our e-bike. We had to put our bikes on the front deck and use a power outlet to charge all 5 of our bikes which made it a tad inconvenient. All in all I would recommend staying here as this4 bedroom 2 bath bungalow style home sleeps 5 people comfortably and made our vacay nice ##### Jason P.
