Très bien !
Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est très bien. La chambre était propre, confortable, spacieuse et très fonctionnelle. Le seul inconvénient que nous avons connu était le peu de stationnements offerts lors de notre séjour. L'hôtel était très achalandé et plusieurs gros camions prenaient plus d'un espace de stationnement par véhicule.

I was the guest of the day and received a goodie back and points that was a surprise. Don’t like the fact that the lobby closes at 10pm and the rude 3-11 girl shut lights out on us cause we didn’t get up then proceeded to have security tell us she is going to call cops on us. We were sitting in lobby talking and not being loud or crazy.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, close to the place i needed to be, and the service was amazing! The front desk manager Nickol was absolutely fantastic. She made our stay extra special. We will definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the pillows were very flat.

Staying at the Hampton Inn was great!! I love the complimentary breakfast. The room was pretty clean for the most part. The only issue I had was the shower. It was really dirty. I’m not sure that housekeeping understand that the shower the shower glass door has to be cleaned as well. It was black dirt and foot prints at the bottom on the tub. Well, stand up shower. But, all in all. I enjoyed staying there!

Better management suggested.
The suite was a nice size for the family. The cleaning staff was really friendly. Rosie especially. I wanted a chair for my 62 year old mother to play a board game and I asked for one and I hotels.com to assist and the front desk manager or worker didn’t seem to understand my request even this there 100 unused chairs in the lobby. This is where hospitality is a fail for this hotel. Rules are meant to be broken to do the right thing. I will not stay here again.

I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced, but we do uphold our hotel policy of not allowing any furniture to be moved from room to room or from our lobby to a guest room. If allowed, it would be a major liability for the hotel if something were to happen and it was proven that the furniture was not being used for its purpose as lobby/breakfast furniture. I can assure you that we uphold this policy for every guest and would only consider going against the policy in the case of a major medical emergency.

So far so good. We are having an awesome time. Property is very nice and fresh. Only down is exterior landscaping and parking lot is unfinished. Plenty of available parking. I am a bit sad there was a problem with the pool and the children lost about 2 hours swim time, a major deal in Michigan December. Also, I was charged $75 for my cat for one night. Doesn't seem pet friendly. Seems pet jacking.

This had to be one of the nicest hotels and breakfast that I have stayed at in many years. My only concern was when I returned from an evening event at 10pm, there was only one parking space available. There were numerous construction vehicles in their parking area.

This hotel got worse with each day
We booked our stay here due to great reviews. Upon arriving, it seemed like a great hotel -- we got a huge corner room on the top floor, hoping that meant less noise from neighboring rooms. When we checked in, the desk clerk told us housekeeping was done every other day, no big deal. HOWEVER...our room wasn't cleaned the first day, so we figured it would be cleaned the second. It was not. Nor was it cleaned on the third day, even after we had asked two people if the room would be cleaned (a housekeeper and desk clerk), and both said yes. I also had to go to the desk for extra towels and shampoo (empty shampoo bottle in shower from day one). On the fourth day, I went to the desk and asked the THREE employees standing there about the housekeeping schedule, and the response from two of them was -- "they won't clean if your personal things are on the bed," and..."they won't clean if you left the sign on the door." Neither of those things applied in our case, but instead of a normal hospitality response (e.g., "I'm so sorry, we'll take care of that right away"), somehow it was our fault our room didn't get any housekeeping until the fourth day AND I had to ask on at least three different occasions. That, and the unfortunate customer service related to it, was the most annoying thing. Also there is no heat source in the bathroom, which is on the opposite side of the room as the heater..brrrrrr FYI, you can hear EVERYTHING from other rooms.
