The studio apartment 'Duplex in the Heart of Bénodet' is located in Bénodet, just a few steps from the beach. This two-level accommodation consists of a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom on the lower floor. Close to the port and the center, you can do everything on foot.  
  
Please note that the accommodation is equipped with a steep staircase of the miller's ladder type to access the bedroom and bathroom. Therefore, the studio is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.  
  
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television.  
  
Enjoy the beautiful sea view while preparing your meals!  
  
Free parking is available on the street and in a large nearby parking lot. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Pros: Un accueil convivial et très chaleureux de la part de Marie Catherine avec des produits locaux et un gâteau breton fait maison remis en main propre. Nombreux conseils pour des ballades, restaurants et sites à ne pas manquer. Le logement est très bien placé et très propre, avec des possibilités de se garer à proximité. On aperçoit même la mer depuis la fenêtre de la pièce à vivre. Une très bonne adresse à partager. Nous n'hésiterons pas un seul moment si nous revenons dans le Sud Finistère. Merci Marie-Catherine
