Saona Villas presents this beautiful rustic terraced house with private pool and air conditioning. It is a nice rental for a capacity of 8 people with 4 bedrooms. It also benefits from two covered terraces with garden furniture and one of which also has a built barbecue.  
  
The villa is strategically located just 6 minutes drive from La Fustera beach in Benissa Costa, where crystal clear waters and golden sands await you for days of sun and fun. If you're looking for a livelier experience, La Fossa beach in Calpe is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a wide range of activities and entertainment.  
  
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Iron. Hair dryer. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the living room and in the 4 bedrooms.  
  
Inside: Living / dining room (with TV, air conditioning and opening onto the terrace). Equipped kitchen (with hotplates, Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and air conditioning). 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and its adjoining shower room + WC). 1 shower room (+ WC).
