Saona Villas presents this lovely, quiet, air-conditioned villa for 6 people and just 3 km from the beaches. It is integrated into a perennial garden, with southern plants, all enhanced by its beautiful private swimming pool.  
  
This comfortable villa is located in a very quiet residential area of ​​Benissa, called “La Viña”, very close to the coastal road which connects the two pretty coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and also benefits from internet connection and air conditioning (3 units).  
  
Distances & location: La Vina district. Beach 3 km. Supermarket 3 km - restaurant 3 km. City center 6 km.  
  
Comfort: 4\*: Free wifi Internet. Air conditioning (3 units): living room (floor) + 2 bedrooms (floor). Equipment: oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker). Living area: approximately 160 m² and plot area of ​​approximately 800 m².  
  
Ground floor apartment (pool level): Comfortable living room + open kitchenette. 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 1 shower room / WC.
