Saona Villas offers you this beautiful villa which enjoys a magnificent view of the splendid Mediterranean landscape, for 8 people with private swimming pool.  
  
Holiday home for 8 people on two floors, connected by two external spiral staircases. In total: 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It enjoys an interesting position just 5 minutes drive from the coast, where you can discover various coves, small sandy beaches, bars, supermarkets and restaurants... The charming little coastal town of Moraira is only 10 minutes by car, with its famous sandy beach “La Ampolla” and its many aquatic activities.  
  
Distances: Beach 3 km. Supermarket 3 km - restaurant 1 km. City center 6 km.  
  
On the main level (living area of ​​approximately 210 m²): Spacious living/dining room with satellite TV + DVD. 1 equipped American kitchen (with hotplates, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle). 1 bedroom (with 2 single beds). 1 bedroom (1 double bed). 1 shower room/bath. Free wifi internet.  
  
Upstairs (exterior staircase): 2 bedrooms (each 1 double bed). 2 bathrooms/shower rooms.  
  
Outside: Wooded land of approximately 800 m². Beautiful private swimming pool of 8 x 4 meters with internal steps + deckchairs, outdoor shower. Outdoor terraces, covered and uncovered, garden furniture. Beautiful unobstructed view of the surrounding area. Barbecue. Parking (+/- 3 spaces).
