In the resort 500 m from the centre of Rincon de Loix, in the district Playa Levante, in a sunny position on a slope, 100 m from the sea, 300 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 10 m, depth 10 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Roofed, parking space n 144(-4\. Supermarket 300 m, restaurant 500 m, bar 300 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km, walking paths from the house 100 m.
