It was adorable, clean, had plenty of coffee and options for coffee. The neighbor helps with the trash and was also super friendly. We’ve rented a number of Arbnb and VRBO properties throughout USA and Mexico, this was overall the most beautifully furnished and well stocked rental. We loved the openness of the space, comfy bed & bedding, sparkling white linens, nice bathroom entities, comprehensives of the kitchen, coffee bar details, and so much more. Everything about this rental was easy, parking, checking-in, & instructions for everything needed were simple. This was a Martinez family visit trip, location was convenient to where we needed to be. We visited during cold March days, so we appreciated the coziness of the home and important to me was the heater and hot water, yes, basics, but you can’t always count on basics. This place was superb in every way! I’m guessing summer is also great, there is a cute yard, with outdoor sitting area. Very comfortable for 2 people only. The kitchen lack some kitchen towels & garbage bags which in all other rentals we have used these were always provided. However, I enjoyed my stay & Alex was very nice & responded quickly when we needed help. Recommend this house if you want something small & quiet. My granddaughter called this our “Tiny House” & loved visiting with us there while we were there. ##### Elizabeth R. Home is well equipped with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed the backyard table with patio lights to relax in the evening with a glass of wine. ##### Barry B.
