Road constructions were going on outside the hotel while i stayed there, making the entrance look less appealing. Hotel staff were very friendly. I needed to weigh my luggage before catching my flight back and they were helpful with weighing them for me. Room was a little small. Television set was really small, I had to sit right in front of the tv to watch it. Mattress was a little too hard, woke up with a slight backache. Bathroom was spacious enough. Took a few minutes for the hot water to start running. Rooms are stinking a lot. Standard room looked better than Executive room. The rooms are not what you see on the website are two different things. Whoever is rating this hotel with high points, probably have low standard to begin with. The hotel room has nasty moldy odor. The cost of the same room at the hotel was Rs 3000/- per night, which rates are charged if you directly book your room with the hotel. At the rate of Rs 1500/- per night, it is a really good bargain considering the rooms, location and the general quality of the hotel. At Rs 3000/- I feel it would have been on the higher side. A/C. Internet etc. Also, as of March 31, 2013 you must have a cable box to have the cable network functioning, despite the warning, this hotel refused to upgrade so, there IS NO cable TV in the room. Also, they offer a minibar in the room, along with a menu inside the room. BUT when you check out, they tell you that the price of the minibar is NOT advertised in the room and they charge you about DOUBLE the prices of the items listed in the menu that is in the room. Totally cheating of the customer.
