If a pet is brought in without approval, additional cleaning fees and a $150 penalty will apply. Please help us keep the space clean for the next guest. While we do provide professional cleaning after each stay, excessive mess or failure to maintain reasonable cleanliness may result in additional cleaning charges. Lost keys will incur a $200 replacement fee. This is to cover the cost of locksmith services and replacing locks if necessary. The kitchen has a very good stove and plenty of space. The only slight qualms: the wine glasses are acrylic (albeit good quality), not glass. Perhaps all that polished concrete doesn’t go well with Waterford crystal? And as is usual with managed accommodation, there is no left-over olive oil, flour, sugar etc to help with a meal. There were timtams however, most welcome after a hard day’s festival attendance. Host Jacques was very responsive to queries. Great place to stay! ##### James M.
