Set along the Woodlands Golf Course, this home offers room to gather, unwind, and enjoy winter days together. \- Sleeps 20 | 8 bedrooms | 13 beds | 8.5 baths \- Private hot tub available all year \- Indoor gas fireplace & multiple living areas \- Game-filled heated garage & bonus bar \- Shared pool access via SHARC passes The Space: Snow-dusted pines frame quiet fairways as you arrive, and the warmth of timber beams and a glowing gas fireplace greets you inside. Winter days here unfold at an unhurried pace - mornings with coffee beneath soaring ceilings, afternoons spent together across generous living spaces, and evenings soaking in the hot tub as cold air drifts over the golf course. Woods & Irons Lodge is a 4,800 square foot, lodge-style home set along the Woodlands Golf Course in Sunriver. Natural wood, stone, slate, and granite create a grounded, inviting atmosphere, anchored by a great room with 16-foot vaulted ceilings. Two separate living areas make it easy for your group to gather or spread out, whether you are watching a game, playing cards, or enjoying a quiet fireside conversation. Sleeping arrangements The home features eight bedrooms and sleeps up to 20 guests. Seven master bedroom suites each include a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Five of these suites are located on the main level, offering convenient main-level living. Upstairs, two additional king master suites provide privacy, along with a separate bedroom featuring six twin beds (not bunk beds). Rustic timber beds, pillow-top mattresses, and luxury linens ensure comfortable nights after full winter days. Kitchen & dining At the heart of the home, the kitchen is designed for shared meals and long conversations. It features a Viking stainless steel gas stove, dual ovens, multiple refrigerators, dishwashers, and ample counter space with a large island. A custom dining table seats your group comfortably, while the bonus room bar offers a secondary gathering space with its own sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Indoor entertainment & comfort A heated three-car garage doubles as a game space with ping pong, foosball, a 14-foot shuffleboard table, and a TV. Smart TVs are located throughout the home, including the living room, bonus room, and bedrooms. Central heating, air conditioning, and an indoor gas fireplace keep the home comfortable year-round. Two washers and two dryers make extended stays easy. Outdoor living Even in winter, the outdoor spaces invite you to unwind. The large deck overlooks the golf course and features a private hot tub available all year. A gas BBQ and outdoor seating provide flexibility when weather allows, while upper and lower decks offer multiple vantage points of the surrounding landscape. Location & recreation The home is located on Tan Oak, just off Circle 11, with views of the 2nd and 3rd holes of the Woodlands Course. Your stay includes 18 SHARC passes, offering access to the shared aquatic and recreation facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, disc golf, and the marina. Touring bikes are provided for exploring Sunriver’s paved paths when conditions permit. Mt. Bachelor and Bend are about 30 minutes away, offering winter sports, dining, and shopping. This is a no pet or animal home and is well-suited for large families or groups of couples seeking space, privacy, and a true Sunriver winter retreat. \*Please note, the Woodlands Golf Course is a private course and not included, nor available, for guests without personal memberships from the course. (See: Guest Access) Guest Access: We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message. • Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 5 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure, with the standard check-out time set for 10:30am. (Please note during the Peak Summer/Holiday seasons we will not typically have an early arrival or late departure option available. However, our staff does keep us informed for property readiness and we will proactively reach out with early arrival availability during these seasons.) Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, small appliances, plate ware, pots, pans, and miscellaneous items. The double dishwashers, double sinks, multiple refrigerators, and large island made things so easy with our large group. The large living area and dining table were perfect. Hot tub, BBQ, games, bikes, sleds all made made for great fun. We took advantage of the SHARC passes as well. House backs up the golf course. Neighborhood is great except for a random dog that kept coming over to the house and barking at everyone. Management company was very responsive. We loved our stay, everyone had their own space and then some. Great home, great location. The manager was responsive, came to the house when a bathroom got locked from the outside (wind or kid, who knows…). Lots of room for the kids to play and the adults to relax. I wish shampoo/conditioner had been provided, but otherwise, well stocked place. We also couldn’t unlock half of the bikes, so that was a bummer. Would rent again. Loved the house for our large family group, especially the kitchen and open living areas. By far, the most well equipped kitchen we’ve ever had the pleasure of using. We all cook, and loved that we had so much of everything, from cookware and knives to ample Tupperware! The upstairs bunk room and game/TV room was great for our six grandchildren, and it kept them entertained and out from underfoot while meals were prepared. We have stayed in several large houses in Sunriver with our large group of family/friends that take an annual trip. This is our favorite so far! With so many master bedrooms it made it so nice for the adults and teens to have king beds and their own bathrooms. The twin bed/game room was great for the younger kids in our group. As far as the house goes… it was clean, well stocked (we couldn’t believe they had everything!) and had a great flow for a large group. We spent every night out on the deck and the kids loved the hot tub which was emptied and filled before our arrival. Communication was great before arrival (great management!) and I received several texts with reminders about any questions we may have and received a call regarding one broken dishwasher (don’t worry the house had 2). I did send an email of a few tiny things that needed some maintenance but nothing that would stop us from staying here again and the managing company was very responsive. This would be a great home for a business retreat or super bowl gathering. It is also close to the river. The surfaces, small appliances and dishes were dirty, several blinds were broken, several light bulbs were out, we found used tissue in the bedroom and the patio and furniture had not been swept. This is not at all what you would expect for a such a high cleaning fee in a home of this caliber. The patio also isn’t as private as the website pictures make it look. It looks directly at the house next door. Unfortunately, for us, the comfort and enjoyment of a home is a direct reflection of the quality we feel we can expect and for that reason we will be searching for a different home for our visit next year. ##### Heidi B. It is simply amazing and was perfect for our group of friends. We were blown away by the attention to detail in every aspect and all agree this home raises the bar for vacation rentals. We loved the huge kitchen and every appliance and cookware and dishware that you could need and enjoyed cooking there and on the grill. Having a separate bar and serving area, was huge and appreciated. All of the bedrooms were comfortable and well stocked and the bathrooms were super clean. Bikes were new and worked great.
