You'll have access to the entire top level of the home. Note that there is an interior spiral staircase that does connect to the other floors. Each floor is secured with a deadbolt. Other things to note This is the top level of a three story home, which has been professionally soundproofed. We do appreciate your consideration of your downstairs neighbor, but "normal activity" is not an issue whatsoever.
