Ryan, the property manager is awesome and is very responsive to requests. Easy check in and check out. Having a laundry room is awesome. Knocked off one star because the thermostat was set at 50 degrees when we checked in. We turned it up but it was only at 64 the following morning. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. Our stay was only 4 nights and we spent most of our time sightseeing, but the house offered a lot of opportunities to relax, and to prepare and enjoy nice meals. (as if the dishes were emptied from the dishwasher, but the dishwasher was never ran.) Washing machine had dirty laundry in it! Floors were dirty! Outside yard was dirty. Ceiling fans had 1/4 inch of dust. I was asked to submit a review and I sent pictures of these items to itrips management and Victor responded with sincerest apologies! I made sure, before we left that the dishes were clean in the dishwasher, as we would not want anyone to experience this. There were cobwebs on the inside of a few of the windows, fans needed cleaning, a couple of bulbs out, and a broken handle at the sink.The backyard looks nothing like the photos. Very overgrown w/ tall weeds & a fire pit sitting in the middle of them, just a few feet from a wooden fence & another house, making a fire hazard for the whole neighborhood as the homes are super close. I'm a property manager of vacation rentals in Oregon, it surprises me that a fire pit is even allowed at all by the city, county, or insurance company in a VR, let alone under those conditions. It's not allowed in our hometown. On the back patio, My husband, a general contractor, noticed there was also an electrical box that ran 220 unlocked with the safety plate that is supposed to be screwed into the face of it laying on top of the box all at a height that a small child could easily acces and grab exposed wires. This was addressed with the property manager and hopefully fixed immediately, but if you stay and have kids, please beA couple of other things, getting our check-in instructions was not easy & required a few calls due to issues with a third party you have to send photos of ID to & the system has to approve. Photos were perfectly clear on my end, but system repeatedly claimed it was blurry. There is also no driveway (as was stated) to park in. Street parking only. ##### Valerie R. Walking and biking distance to old mill and down town. Almost everywhere really. The arrival and leaving was super easy with a personal entry code. Communication was on point. Little bit of work going on close by but the noise was fine. Biggest negative was spiders and webs. Kids found 2 spiders in spare room and 1 in living room. When looking for more under the bed and around the room we found dust and dirt under the bed and webs on the ceilings. Be prepared to pack or buy any and everything you’ll need for condiments. Other than salt, pepper, oil and soy sauce there wasn’t much else. But there was fresh coffee beans and a grinder so that was a big positive :) ##### Jennifer H.
