The property features expansive living spaces, modern amenities, and stunning river views, making it an unforgettable place to relax and recharge.

\- 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 4200 sqft – This spacious home comfortably accommodates 10-12 guests. The layout provides both privacy and ample space for gathering, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends.  
\- King Master Suite – The luxurious master suite features a king-sized bed, a private seating area, and sweeping river views. The attached en-suite bathroom includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. A true sanctuary for relaxation.

You will need a car to access this property. Uber and Lyft services may not be available in this area. Sunriver gets a lot of snow in the winter. Prepare accordingly.

High Desert Museum: Just a short drive away, this family-friendly museum offers fascinating exhibits about the wildlife, culture, and history of Central Oregon. Kids and adults alike will love the interactive exhibits and the live animal displays.  
Bend: A 20-minute drive will take you to the vibrant town of Bend, known for its craft breweries, eclectic shops, and outdoor activities. Explore the Old Mill District, stroll the Deschutes River Trail, or catch a live performance at one of the town's many venues.  
  
3 pets are allowed at this home. This home allows pets for a fee of $40 per dog for the stay.  If pets are brought into the home without COVH approval or knowledge, there is a fine of $250 per pet.  
  
The driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles. All trailers and recreational vehicles must have the approval of COVH prior to arrival.
