The custom built home includes locally made furniture throughout and the interior was designed by a local Sunriver designer, specifically to be a luxurious family vacation home. With high ceilings and brand new furnishings throughout, you can relax in comfort and style. The living room, designed for family gatherings, features comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV. There is additional work and/or sleeping space in the bonus room downstairs which includes a sleeper sofa and desk. The King ensuite is on the main floor and includes a large flat screen TV, jetted, soaking tub, and walk-in closet. Three additional bedrooms and the loft are upstairs. Bedroom One has a Pyramid Bunk Bed. Bedroom Two has 2 twin beds (with a king conversion option). Bedroom Three is an Ensuite with King Bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a guest bathroom with shower/tub combo and a loft with game console, DVD player and large TV for all to enjoy. All bedrooms have cable TV. With features like a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, high end patio furniture, outdoor fireplace, ping pong and foosball in the garage, plus a large BBQ and private hot tub, this home is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family for a luxury getaway. Head out on one of the 4 bikes provided at this home to explore over 30 miles of paved trails connecting Caldera Springs and Sunriver. This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. I stay at sunriver 5-6 times a year. I love it up there and enjoy my time there. The only thing I would say is there is some kind of sensor around the property. Highly recommend for families as there is plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors, for all the activities Central Oregon has to offer. The property does not have access to the Caldera Links golf course which was a bummer for our group. I believe Sunriver Resort has made some changes recently that make it more difficult to access the golf courses. It had everything we needed ...space for us all to get together and individual space. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and had easy access to the great amenities of Caldera Springs -- enjoying the Par 3 golf course, the pool, the biking trails, the live music, and the workout room. Our kids are all in high school so we did not need the SHARC park experience or the Sunriver center as much. We enjoyed the Sunriver Marina, went fly fishing in at Fall River and the upper Deschutes, hiked, made many trips to Bend and had a few kayaking trips on the Deschutes and the Cascade Lakes. Some dining hits for us were "Hola" Restaurant at the Marina and Zydeco and Barrio in Bend. The "Jug" in the Sunriver Business Center is a fun little stop for vinyl and brew. ##### Jennifer J. Gorgeous finishes and comfortable luxury define the space. Only item which is no big deal - no extra toiletries- so make sure to bring your own showering gel/shampoos. The house is gorgeous and comfortable and we will come back for sure. Just a few thoughts here. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay, but both The Cove Pool and SHARC Ctr would not let us use their pools. Caldera pool had filled up in reservations and no one from rental company told me can mk 7 day advance reserve so very disappointed because had 3 children with us. Also we had to clean up the yard in order to sit in it as it was filled with cob webs, debris and yellow pollen all over the cushions and yard and barbecue. Why didn’t someone get that area ready for renters? It took us two hrs to clean it up in order to sit and relax and cook out on the barbecue. Last night a huge rain storm occurred so yard is filled with stuff from the roof whereby the wind blew it all in yard. We left the house clean, swept floors and washed some towels emptied garbage ran dishwasher, set thermostat as required, and closed all windows of which were not latched from previous person in office and laundry room as I just happened to see it since I went around checking all the windows prior to closing up. We loved our stay here. This home is beautiful, clean, and well-stocked. The flow between the main area and back patio where the hot tub is was perfect.
