A big plus is that the house is in close proximity (short walk) to the Deschutes river and the river trail. The trail provides spectacular view of the rapids from both sides of the river on well maintained paths. Several foot bridges across river for easy loop. The Old Mill District is probably a 2 mile walk along the river, and not far from downtown Bend. The neighborhood and pool area were very quiet. Pool nice/warm. The house itself is situated well on a wooded lot, very near pool. Inside was very clean and comfortable, with nice bedding. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend. ##### Tate A. The home is very comfortable and close to everything you’ll need in Bend. The kitchen is well-equipped. The porch was very nice. We would definitely stay again! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub— very convenient and close to this unit. One of the bathroom floors was missed on the cleaning, but everything else was clean.
