The studio condo is a charming accommodation nestled along the picturesque banks of the Deschutes River. With its serene location, it offers a tranquil retreat for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a peaceful getaway. The condo features a comfortable queen-sized bed and a convenient pullout couch, providing ample sleeping space for up to four travelers. The interior exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, with a distinct woodsy feel that seamlessly blends with the surrounding natural beauty of the area. The full kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to be able to whip up anything from a quick snack to some of your favorite meals! It includes a full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop oven and plenty of dishes and cookware. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and plenty of counter space for your morning routine! You will also find a large closet in the condo so feel free to over-pack a little if that's your style, because we've got space for it! Although doing laundry while on vacation is not at the top of most people's "good-time list," we do have a laundry room located on-site, just in case you need a few things washed while you're staying here. This condo is amazing for so many reasons but the very best part is the location! It's not every day you come across a rental that is so close to the river, you could toss a stone in! A desk is situated right at the window so whether you need to bring some work along or just want a spot to do some crafts or creative writing, you will have the perfect backdrop from the oversized window. A river trail runs along the back of the condo as well, giving you direct access to downtown with just a 10 minute stroll! You will be able to people-watch to your hearts content from this condo, but rest-easy that you will have your privacy as the window is coated with a privacy tint so people on the outside cannot see in. Don't forget about the fact that you will have access to our year-round indoor heated pool and hot tub!
