The neighborhood is perfect. Walking distance to Tumalo bars and restaurants. Relaxing in the back yard and listening to the river roll by was exactly what we needed. I only wish it was cool enough at night to use the hot tub. Bed was comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Definitely will look to rend this property again. ##### Eric L. The river's song is a constant at the edge of hearing. Ducks float by at speed - the river rises in the heavy rains - and the property is designed to feature that exposure. If you have pets, the yard is fenced and the river side protected as well. Bathrooms are small but adequate; kitchen similar. Hot tub's a nice feature. We didn't try the sauna. ##### William C. It is located about 15 minutes from Bend right on the river. Enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the water. Evenings on the patio are equally relaxing and beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a blackstone grill on the patio. Home was clean and beds were comfy. The neighborhood is quiet. We did not use the hot tub. ##### Wendy S. Reviewer Comments: The five of us (me, wife, son, daughter-in-law, their dog) stayed three nights at this wonderful riverfront home. The location was great, close to downtown Bend, Sisters, Tumalo State Park, the Bite, etc. The house is in really nice condition and beautifully furnished. Although the days were hot, by evening it cooled off enough so we could enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. We especially liked the river access - our son caught a few trout and Poppy enjoyed romping in the water. We did need to clean some bird droppings before using the outdoor furniture but there were a lot of birds around.
