It is a beautiful condo situated in a perfect locale with expansive view of the forest and good access to the Deschutes River trail. The kitchen is well stocked and just perfect. The bed is super comfy and the room spacious. We loved the balcony with the hot tub which was perfect after long snowshoes. The space is very beautiful and calming with the forest view, we didn’t feel like we were in the city at all. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and anything you need. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels & the hide-a-bed was more comfortable than I thought it would be! The only problem we had was the hot tub wasn’t hot, unfortunately there was no information on the hot tub provided. The 3rd day we went to use it and it had shut off, we found the breaker and reset it but it was 95 degrees, and it was our last night there. I specifically chose this property for the private hot tub and felt the sacrifice of sleeping on the hide-a-bed would be worth it. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is very close to all the major amenities in Bend, but seems like a secluded mountain resort when you are inside. The location and ease to trails was fantastic. The interior was spacious and we loved having a hot tub right out our door. We had one small issue that was resolved instantaneously.
