The Georgia Cottage Lindy Studio is so cute and very comfortable with a queen bed, new wall mounted 32 in smart LCD with free Netflix, new sofa, natural gas fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and range. This adorable basement studio is situated under the Georgia Cottage Lindy, that is also available for guests to book for additional guests for your use OR can be booked independently. Both places are fully self-contained with private entrances, separate parking, BBQ, patio and laundry. The studio also has a barbecue w propane, washer and dryer. Equipped with TDS WiFi, Netflix with your log in. Bring Fido for a flat rate fee of $50 per dog (only) per reservation, with prior approval and pet rent paid. Bathroom is very small but it was just me so it was fine. The room was quite cool even in 90 degree weather without the A/C on — some might like it that way but it was a little too cool for me when barefoot and in shorts and short sleeves. The neighborhood was very quiet but I could hear footsteps and voices from guests above. There’s very little natural light since it’s a basement. Appreciated the table and chairs outside but the area (landscaping) could use some fixing up and cleaning up.
