This beautiful, dog-friendly dwelling is a short bike ride to the Observatory and Nature Center and also within a mile of SHARC. Home features a private wrap-around deck where you can BBQ your favorite meal or sit back and relax in your own private hot tub while enjoying the beautiful sky above. No matter what you have planned for your vacation here in Sunriver, there is no doubt that this is the perfect home for your family. It also features two garage parking spots. This home has been newly remodeled and updated. The kitchen now has granite countertops, a new sink with fixtures, and completely refinished cabinets. These renovations make the kitchen a perfect spot for making meals with your family. Throughout the house, you will notice new carpet in the living room and Primary Bedroom, along with new wood-style vinyl flooring throughout a majority of the home. The Primary Bathroom has been completely updated and remodeled with quartz countertops, heated tile floors, and refinished cabinets. The walk-in shower is now twice the size and a brand new soaking tub has been added to this bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a day at the mountain. The guest bath has also been redone with granite countertops, tile flooring, and updated sinks, toilet, and shower fixtures. The laundry/mudroom has also been completely updated with new flooring, countertops, sink, and refinished cabinets. Bedroom 1: The Primary bedroom houses a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub and double sinks. Bedroom 2: Then you will find another bedroom with a King-sized bed. Bedroom 3: The third bedroom has a Queen Bed with Twin Trundle. Bedroom 4: In the remaining room, there is a set of twin beds. The twin beds can be pushed together and converted into a king-size bed, making this room very versatile in sleeping arrangements. \- The Primary Bedroom also has an air mattress at the ready for that extra sleeping capacity. Living: Two Living Areas, including a Smart TV in the Living Room, with a Soundbar. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. After we got settled in and ate dinner, we decided to get in the hot tub. Turns out it didn't work. They sent out a repair person but it needed a part and we wouldn't be able to use it on our trip. That was a major reason for booking. They offered us another house with a working hot tub but we had already u packed everything and didn't want to packed up 7 peoples worth of luggage and food. The house was amazing with two living rooms, a fireplace, and a great kitchen for entertaining with tons of counter space. We chose this property because we needed a property with wheelchair access. The house worked well as everything is on a single level, including a smooth ramp from the garage into the laundry room. The property is on a loop that is separated from any of the main Sunriver roads, so there is little to no traffic noise, with quick access to bike paths. Kids can bike round and round the loop for hours. SHARC passes were included and the property had an amazing newer hot tub that worked perfectly. I would stay at this property again! ##### Rich H. You wouldn’t know it’s pet friendly. We also loved the layout with the living areas on one side and sleeping on the other. Plenty of bedding, towels and kitchen items. Our biggest issue was we rented the house partially bc of the bike inventory and 3/4 of them are broken. And the garage is not accessible for cars if you wanted to put yours inside. ##### Sarah H. With 4 bedrooms, there was room for 3 couples and 2 small children. Rode bikes and our almost 3 year old was very excited to learn how to bike on the small pink bike with training wheels. It is hard to find a one level with air conditioning in Sunriver. This house was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was cleaned twice and was newer and in excellent condition. We loved the location-a quieter area of homes on large lots that was an easy bike ride into the village and to the lodge and stables. The bikes that were available were in great condition and the check in process was simple. Overall the house was very well kept, but we arrived to fresh dog urine stains in the master bedroom that were so strong I had to sleep in a separate room for the first two nights. This is no reflection on the homeowner or rental company, but it is sad that someone clearly did not watch their dog during the previous stay. The fridge has a tippy shelf, but other than that we loved the house and had a great experience! This is a great home for a family! ##### Katy R. It was close to the park, sharq and village. Great place for little kids. The only thing we would change is super minor and it would be to take some of the wall decor off in the dining room. It made it a little cramped to sit down. But overall would love to rent this property again. Loved it! Also, the property manager is great.
