The unit has a queen size bed, full bathroom and a small fridge and microwave, including a coffee machine. The complex has a seasonal pool and two year round hot tubs to relax after a day of fun. The condo is a short walk to the river trail and walking distance to Old Mill. The unit was very dated, carpet, blinds, damaged Formica counter, heater very loud. I had to leave a day early due to migraines from the smell of the sheets and the plug in air freshener, which I unplugged. No cost put into pillows (2 flat pillows stuffed into 1 pillowcase) All owners need to stop with scented laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Parking is just outside down a flight of stairs, making shuttling gear convenient. The location is a short drive or bike ride from NW Crossing, River West, and downtown.
