The trip included our family of 4 and my parents. The house had enough space for us all to be comfortable, checkin was easy, home well stocked with everything we needed. I was impressed with the quickness of a shower issue we had, I could not have asked for quicker service and that was really appreciated. I have Parkinson's and a grab bar in the shower as well as a handrail either at side or front steps would be VERY helpful for handicapped as well as for older renters. Two couples stayed here with a labradoodle and did not feel crowded. A very well stocked kitchen, fenced backyard, A/C, and pleasant neighbourhood to walk the dog. The only downside was the poor communication. We arrived home one day and the garage door was open, as was the gate. This was disconcerting as we thought we had been robbed! Turned out it was lawn maintenance but we should have been told and seriously, who wants to listen to the lawn being mowed while on holiday! Mybe it would be better to schedule this between guest stays. All in all though it was a great stay and if I ever return to Bend I'd stay there again. ##### john g.
