L’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur des avis donnés. Les chambres sont difficiles d’accès (Un grand escalier à monter )sauf celle en rdj avec piscine privative qui sont beaucoup plus chère que les autres . Le petit déjeuner est ordinaire avec très peu de choix. (Hormis des plats indiens )

Not bad. Skip the room with private pool and butler. Private pool is a filthy bug cocktail. The butler is a phone number who doesn't answer. Kind of a waste.

i would never stay or recommend this resort to anyone - There were broken tiles in both adult and children pool The pool towels were torn and threads hanging out The service at the pool was non existence The breakfast service was slow and not organised Tables-at breakfast were dirty

I paid for a high end room and property and did not receive the service I had expected. My room came with a butler, but I guess they don’t know what a butler is because a butler never showed up even when asked for one. After asking them to arrange for a taxi they said we can give you a number you will have to contact them yourself. Not being from India, it’s hard to make calls in India from a USA number. They had limited dinning options. One restaurant was under construction. And the one that was open had timings for what they serve at what time. The room I booked was the biggest they had with a proper pool attached. But the lights in the pool area did not work. The private pool was dirty and not clean with still water, which they should have turned on the filter before my arrival since I had pre booked my room a while in advance. They whole stay was kind of a let down unfortunately.

The whole experience and service was impeccable. Our 6 year old had a great time at the resort. Some of folks who went above and beyond are Lana, Samar, the chef and manager at the breakfast place. Very thoughtful and considerate team. Would love to come back again.

The rooms we booked was the one wirh plunge pool. Beautiful spacious room and clewn pool with privacy. The hotel staff was also cery polite . Location is right on the beach. Highly recommended property.

Quality of this property has gone down. Rooms and amenities not well maintained. Pool chairs have tattered and stained cushions, room had dirty surfaces, broken shower door handle, room service food left outside of the doors of other rooms for extended periods of time. We love Azaya but some serious maintenance needs to be done to bring this property back to the standard it used to be.

Having travelled around North India, we decided a nice beach break was just what we would need before returning home. The Azaya is not a 5 star complex. It is in need of some TLC. The pool area is lovely yet there are many tiles missing in the pool. The pool toilets were often not clean where people urinated on the toilet seat. We stayed for 8 nights. We did not once have a hot shower. This was reported twice & told it was fixed. It was warm but to get to warm, the water had to run for over 10-15 mins which filled up the shower as the water did not soak away very quickly. The breakfast was ok. We ate in the restaurant on the first night. It wasn’t 5 star food. The service was not great. We didn’t go back as there are better places to eat, which are also cheaper. It’s a bit too far to walk into town. The taxis are a bit on the high side INR500. You could walk along the beach It’s about 40-50 mins. We would go back to Goa but would maybe pick somewhere nearer the town.

It was a nice property with a private beach. Beach was very clean and had very good and limited shacks. The rooms were also clean and overall property was fantastic. Breakfast was also good.

Fab hotel, fab pool.
Azaya is a very attractive hotel with beautiful grounds and pool area. The pool is the highlight of the hotel, but the properly is directly on the beach front so there is easy and immediate access to the beach too. Unlike other areas of Goa, Benaulim Beach is much more peaceful, with direct sunset views while you're sipping your sundowner. Our room was spacious and well designed. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bath tub on the private balcony. Overall I would happily recommend Azaya. It is a beautiful hotel, the staff at welcoming and polite, and the location is fantastic for a peaceful holiday in Goa.

pool and beach are lovely. Breakfast is also very good. The issue is with the cleanliness of the room. Housekeeping is terrible and does not do a good job at all of cleaning the room. Also many plugs in the room don’t work. This hotel is more like a 3.5 star hotel.

Hotellet er fint, med dejligt pool område. Man skal være opmærksom på at værelserne er med en balkon med hvidt glas op i 1,5 m højde, så man kan ikke sidde og kigge ud. Vi valgte at betale for en opgradering til et værelse med have og pool, men samlet set blev det også ret dyrt, sammenlignet ned hvad vi ellers boede på i Goa. Morgenmaden er god, og vi havde en dejlig uge på hotellet.
