Unique villa set high above Benalmadena Pueblo The best place to experience beautiful sunrises and sunsets as the moon rises above the sea...... A magnificent villa with stunning views of the coastline below and on clear days Morocco and the Atlas Mountains. The location is unique bridging two continents - Europe and Africa, and three countries - Gibraltar, Spain and Morocco. Close by are three marinas - Málaga, Benalmádena and Fuengirola, And from each room, even the bathrooms, the Mediterranean Sea and also the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada can be seen. It is within easy walking distance of this delightful white pueblo, with its large variety of Andalusian & international bars and restaurants, and only a 15-minute walk to the beach, 5 mins by car. A luxury home finished to a very high standard, with four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a large dining room, living room, large fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with amazing sea views. Every effort has been made to ensure the luxurious details. The property boasts Danish solid wood floors, marble bathrooms, great lighting due to large double-glazed windows and doors. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, fitted wardrobes, a/c and ceiling fans. There are eight air conditioner units in total. It is the ideal place to spend a truly unforgettable holiday. The garden Has a salt water infinity pool (13x4m) and heated jacuzzi. There are six huge terraces all with sea views and the grounds are very well landscaped, having many mature tropical plants and palm trees. Main entrance A spectacular open circular wooden staircase creates a galleried entrance, with stunning views across the bay. Dining/living room area The well illuminated dining room has seating for 10 and is split level, with steps down to the spacious living room below. There are two sets of French windows - one leading from the living room on to a covered terrace, and the other from the dining room on to an open outdoor dining area. An additional feature is a central fireplace and there is also a home cinema and stereo system which can be programmed to any desired language. A cloakroom is located next to the living room. Southeast facing master bedroom Located on the top floor. A huge double bedroom with king size bed, large dressing room and bathroom en-suite with a wraparound terrace overlooking the med coastline from Málaga to Fuengirola. Southwest facing bedroom A second south west facing huge bedroom on the top floor with twin beds, an en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobe and its own very large terrace also with stunning views and sheltered seating area. South facing master bedroom Third large double bedroom on the first floor with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with sunken bath & shower and fitted wardrobe. Large terrace with ping pong table and shower also with fabulous views. Courtyard bedroom Located on first floor. Spacious twin-bedded room with en-suite bathroom (also with sunken bath and twin basins), walk in closet and balcony overlooking the central courtyard and panoramic sea views. Central courtyard (Andalusian patio) This outdoor relaxing tropical courtyard can be accessed from the kitchen and main entrance and provides a cool retreat from the hot summer sun. Fabulous kitchen/breakfast room Very spacious and fully fitted with cherry wood cabinets and granite surfaces with glass sliding doors opening from dining area to one of the many south facing terraces and on the other side to the indoor courtyard. It has 2 fridges, one of them for wines! Seats eight people comfortably and for additional seating there is a central island and a bbq terrace off the kitchen which is ideal for al fresco dining. Next to the garden there is a storage room with beach games and access to a changing room with a refrigerator. Das Haus ist gigantisch groß, super sauber, gut ausgestattet und wertig eingerichtet. Auch in der großen Küche ist alles was man braucht im Überfluss vorhanden. Sehr lieb waren die vielen kleinen Gastgebergeschenke. Von Pasta mit Soße über großen Obstkorb, eisgekühltes Bier, Süßigkeiten etc. Der Außenbereich... unbeschreiblich! Diese Aussicht: Unbezahlbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt dort und möchten unbedingt wieder hin. Herzlichen Dank an Gigi. Sie war stets für uns da und die Kommunikation war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Our family spent a week here and absolutely loved all that it had to offer. The bedrooms provided unique spaces with their own bathrooms and balconies with incredible views. The gathering spaces and gardens provided so many opportunities to relax and spend time playing cards, reading, or just enjoying the pool and hot tub. The views from all the balconies and pool were stunning! Gigi and her assistants were wonderful and helped with the preplanning of all the transfers to all of our activities and recommended restaurants which made the trip so easy for all. We had an in-house Argentina BBQ prepared and served by Gigi’s assistant which was so delicious and we dined outside with the most beautiful view in the area! But it is definitely the most beautiful from the pool or jacuzzi. The house is spacious and well maintained. It had everything we needed during our stay. The location of the house is very good, but a rental car is definitely a must. The hot tub was not working when we arrived. After we reported it to Gigi, the problem was solved as quickly as possible. Gigi a very accommodating host who is concerned about the guest's well being. Haus und insbesondere Pool und Jacuzzi mit der fantastischen Aussicht sind aussergewöhnlich. Technik des Jacuzzis hatte Startschwierigkeiten (wurden am Folgetag behoben).
