The secure gated complex offers a communal pool, with a separate children's pool. There is also access to the communal gym, sauna and outdoor lounge and dining seating area. The apartment offers two parking spaces in the underground parking, vented aircon throughout and free WIFI. The closest beach is 3.5km away and Bil Bil Golf club is just 1.3km away, offering an 18 hole course, plus tennis and padel courts. 6km will take you to Benalmadena port and Benalmadena Pueblo, a typical sleepy white Andalucian village is just 1.5km from the apartment, featuring cobbled streets, typical cuisine, bars and local crafts. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the first floor, with access by lift and is arranged over one level. The open plan living space offers a well equipped kitchen, with a combined washing drying machine, plus a kitchen island with a breakfast bar and stools. The dining area will seat up to six people and the lounge area benefits from a large L shaped sofa. There is also a 55" smart TV. The terrace can be accessed from the lounge and is furnished with a dining seating area and lounge seating area. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This bedroom also has a private terrace. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom offers a single bed, fitted wardrobes, plus a desk and chair. There is a family bathroom furnished with a bath with a shower attachment. Benalmadena is situated just 15 minutes drive from Malaga International Airport and has become one of the most popular holiday destinations on the Costa del Sol. It boasts a host of entertainment to offer tourists. It's a place where it must surely be impossible to get bored, a location to suit everyone's needs, whether you want to relax on the terrace, around the pool or on the beach. Or you can, of course, fill your time touring the surrounding area since one of the wonderful things about the Costa del Sol is its close proximity to some of the most beautiful and interesting cities, towns, villages and even other countries you are likely to see. One of the most attractive features in Benalmadena is the sandy beaches and the vibrant Marina. The coast has 9km of beaches, which are extremely clean and safe. If you feel like a walk the promenade is 2km long and a delightful stroll either by day or night, stretching to Torremolinos and through to the Marina. The Marina boasts many fabulous yachts, restaurants and bars making it the ideal place to spend a leisurely afternoon enjoying a sangria and watching the world go by. Attractions nearby include Tivoli World, Telecabina and Selwo Marina.
