Nestled in a peaceful residential area, the apartment boasts access to 2 pools and stunning sea views. Just a short walk away is Playa Carvajal, one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Here, you'll find beach bars, restaurants, shops, and everything you need to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle. The Space: When you step into this bright and newly renovated apartment, you'll immediately feel at home. To the right, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking on holiday, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge, and freezer. Moving further into the apartment, the open-plan living space features a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, and a smart TV. Step out onto the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy meals with a beautiful sea view — on occasion, you might even spot dolphins swimming by. Upstairs, you'll discover a large and private roof terrace with a cozy lounge area, perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, air conditioning, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. Other amenities include A/C in all rooms, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and much more to ensure your stay is as convenient and enjoyable as possible. The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay! The Neighborhood: A few minutes away by car is also the El Higueron Sport Club with a world-class paddle facility, here there is also a restaurant and Spa and plenty of parking. It takes just under 15 minutes to travel from the airport to the apartment and there is also a train nearby that takes you along the entire coast, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, the Airport and Malaga city.
