The apartment has both pool and private parking. The area around the apartment consists of Golf courses, hiking trails, sports grounds, spa facilities and although it is very quiet you also have proximity to Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo, Torremolinos, Malaga and Fuengirola. The Space: As you step into the apartment you are greeted by a wonderful, green, view from the large windows and private terrace, social and open plan living with dining area, sofa, 4K smart TV with international channels and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster and much more. Masterbedroom is equipped with a large and comfortable double bed and its own ensuite bathroom with shower and a balcony. The guest room is equipped with 2 single beds central a / c and private exit to the balcony. Otherwise, the apartment is fully equipped, Private parking in garage, dishwasher, WIFI in all rooms, A / C with cooling and heating in all rooms and much more. Pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price. The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person. To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products.
