URBANIZATION monitored 24 hours with security cameras and physical concierge, two swimming pools one very large and one for the little ones, with lifeguards in summer season, large garden area to sunbathe, play ball, and with direct access to promenade from the same urbanization, also has a bar-restaurant where we can eat and have any snack.

A 200 METERS WE HAVE PUERTO MARINA, where we can enjoy boat trips, do water sports, go shopping as there are many clothing stores, souvenirs, supermarket, SEA LIFE, Marine Aquarium, etc ...

MALAPESQUERA BEACH, just 60 meters away, we have some of the best beaches in Benalmádena Costa, with fine sand, it is not deep, it is ideal for families with children, beach guards, disabled access, there are two beach boley courses and another football and a great promenade where we will also find souvenir shops, ice cream parlors, restaurants, bars, chirinquitos, which is ideal for walks from Torremolinos to Torrequebrada.

BY THE AREA we have all kinds of services, supermarkets, banks, bus stops and taxis, rent a car, tobacconists, restaurants, bars, post offices, tourist office, national police, water parks, Paloma Park (1.5 km ), Tivoli World (3 km)

Hôte très accueillant,appartement très propres et très confortable. Piscine de la résidence top.(horaire 11h/22h) avec une fermeture de 30 mins vers 15h30. L appartement et très bien situé au pieds de l immeuble boutique souvenir,agence pour les activités et sorties dans les alentours,pleins de bus sur le boulevard . A 5mins à pied du bord et de la plage . Un grand merci à vous.

Great stay in this apartment!

My wife and I spent a month in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned, it was very functional, we had everything we needed (full size fridge, a stove to cook our meals, a counter top oven, a coffee machine, a toaster,…). The view from the apartment and the balcony is great (You see the beach and the complex pool and many palm trees), the apartment faces west which is great for afternoon cocktail and diner on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds, with large closets. The bathroom has a large shower and it includes a washing machine, which is very useful for a long stay. The apartment was quiet, no noise from the street since the apartment is on the side of the internal courtyard where the pool is located. Another very positive thing about the apartment is its location, 2–3 minute walk to go to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo; you cross Avenida Antonio Machado (Boulevard at the corner of the building) and you have a grocery store (Carrefour). The public bus stop is less than a minute away, which is good if you want to use public transportation to go to other towns (Like Malaga, Marbella). You can buy visit tours at Reubens which is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. If you buy a tour (ex. Sevilla, Gibraltar) the tour bus stops at that same public bus stop mentioned above (Very convenient). There are two beach chairs stored in main bedroom closet that we took at the beach. The owner (Sergio), really wants your stay to be great. Before we left home Sergio contacted us to arrange our arrival at the apartment. Our flight was landing in the morning, we were to arrive in Benalmadena before Check-in time, we made arrangements that we could leave him our suitcases at the apartment in the case he was not finished with the cleaning and preparation of the apartment or if he was done, we could get the keys and the apartment earlier (At the end when we got there, he had just finished his work). After Sergio was done with the apartment tour, he showed us around the building where we could find grocery stores, which way to get to the beach, where the garbage containers were located,... One day the coffee machine stopped working, I informed Sergio and the next day he showed at the door with a brand new one. He also checked on us on a regular basis during our stay to see if things were ok or if we needed anything. Thanks, Sergio, for our stay in your apartment, we had a great time!

La ubicación es fantástica. Cocina bien equipada. Camas cómodas. Limpio. Sergio is a wonderful host, he allowed us to drop our bags early whilst he cleaned the apartment to an excellent standard. Christmas Break

We have family in the area and visited over Christmas. The apartment is the nicest we have rented in about 20 visits to Benelmadena. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely rent here again.

From making the booking until giving keys back Sergio was amazing…… when arrived at apartment earlier than checking in time Sergio was there to meet us to let us leave our luggage in apartment whilst he cleaned it to a high standard even putting a few cold beers in the fridge…during stay he was in touch to see if we was ok ……. Diana 1 Apartment

The apartment was nice, with pool view, & views of sea looking down to marina, & mountains behind. The marina & promenade were a 5 min walk away, with all the shops, bars, & restaurants. From the marina you can walk along the promenade to La Carihuela & Torremollinos, which made the apartment an ideal base & centrally located. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks, atm machines in the local vicinity of the apartment, so again ideal location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities needed. The shower was prone to flooding the bathroom if not careful as only had a curtain, not a full glass cubicle, but a quick mop, it dried quickly, & once mastered standing over actual shower drain this was mostly eradicated. It was a shame the swimming pool was not able to be used in the winter months, but that was complex rules, so we made use of the beach & loungers by Aleysa beach most days instead. Overall we had a good holiday, with lovely warm weather, & would return again.

El apartamento está muy bien, reformado, con piscina y bar con terraza para desayunar y comer. El propietario, al llegar hace firmar un contrato y solicita la documentación de todos los que se alojan allí. La mascota se paga a parte, al llegar. Aunque yo busqué apartamento con mascota...

Vorzeitige 'Flucht' erforderlich - Ersatzunterkunft JSM/Tamarindos Aptos: SEHR GUT

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Aber: Obwohl wir viele Winter Langzeitaufenthalte in Spanien verbracht haben und stets Höchstbewertungen abgeben konnten, ist das dieses Mal absolut nicht der Fall. Den im Winter üblichen Baulärm in diesem 13geschossigen Hochhaus tolerierten wir. Doch das zweite Schlafzimmer war nicht nutzbar (laute Musik der Nachbarn ab 24 Uhr(!). Also konnte man nur im Master-Schlafzimmer sowie auf der Wohnzimmer-Couch nächtigen. Und dann wurde über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg wiederholt Bauschutt (Steine, Wandteile, Glas...) lautstark durch irgendwelche Hohlräume in den Innenwänden(!) von einer Totalsanierung/Umbau im 10. Stock zu uns in die Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock herunter"gejagt". Wir hatten Angst, befürchteten, dieses doch etwas ältere Hochhaus würde über uns zusammenbrechen, es hörte sich jedesmal an wie Weltuntergang, und sogar nachts stürzten Brocken durch die Innenwand ab, sodass auch im Wohnzimmer auf der Couch keine Nachtruhe mehr gefunden werden konnte. Trotz mehrfacher Meldung dieser Störungen an den Vermieter sowie die Hausmeister wurde diese vermutlich verbotene 'Bauschuttentsorgung' fortgesetzt. Dadurch ereignete sich ein Wasserrohrbruch (Fotos, Videos), das Wasser floss an der Küchenaußenwand zum Flur neben der Wohnungseingangstür in Strömen auf den Boden herab, der Wasserschaden in der Wohnung wurde erst später sichtbar. Daraufhin mussten wir fluchtartig diese Ferienwohnung verlassen und uns um einen Ersatz in der Nachbarschaft bemühen, mit doppeltem Kostenaufwand selbstverständlich. Der Vermieter Sergio nahm am 09.01.2020 die von uns frisch gereinigte Wohnung sowie sämtliche Schlüssel entgegen und zahlte die Mietkaution zurück. Doch dann weigerte er sich, auch die zu viel erhaltene Miete für 5 Wochen zurückzuzahlen. Ebenso weigerte er sich, die Wohnung weiter zu vermieten, um den Schaden einzugrenzen. Weshalb wohl? Fachanwalt für Reiserecht sowie Verbraucherzentrale werden jetzt nochmals damit befasst. Unsere daraus gezogene Lehre: Zukünftig bei Langzeitaufenthalt niemals mehr die komplette Miete im Voraus bezahlen, sondern höchstens 4wöchentlich/monatlich! Weitere Anmerkung zur Wohnung im Winter: Die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage kann vom Wohnzimmer aus gesteuert werden, dadurch werden beide Schlafzimmer im selben Umfang mit beheizt. Die Schlafzimmer-Heizungen lassen sich nicht abschalten oder individuell regulieren. (Wer's mag...). Wir fanden in unserer großen Not Gott sei Dank ein gutes Ers

Exactly as Described

Firstly, Sergio is so helpful. He’s at the other end of the phone anytime to help with any problems or questions. The apartment is exactly how it’s described; a nice apartment minutes away from the marina and beach! The pool is massive, with a life guard on duty in season, and the other guests of the Diana were all very nice.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a week. The whole experience was excellent. Sergio was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay - he even went the extra mile and helped store our bags on the last day as our flight was late. Would definitely recommend this very clean and comfortable accommodation - we will be back next year for sure!
