Modern, spacious with a sunny terrace off lounge and bedrooms plus a roof terrace providing all day sun! With air conditioning (pay as you go), 2 adults and kids communal swimming pools and 5 mins walk from the seafront and bus route, this is a fantastic property for a family holiday or golf holiday!

•Spacious Terrace with 2 x sunbeds and table/chairs to seat 6 with peaceful countryside golf views!  
•Huge roof terrace that bathes in sun all day long and has spectacular countryside mountains views!

•Stereo system.  
•Fast Private WiFi internet available in all the apartment! Optical Fibre 300MB VDSL Movistar

5 minutes walk to the bus stop, with regular buses travelling to Benalmadena (5 minute ride) or Fuengirola (10 - 15 minute ride)!  
  
5 minutes walk to the seafront, with various small Cove Beaches to enjoy in the area, or travel to Benalmadena or Fuengirola Beaches which are golden soft wide and many kilometres long!   
  
Situated right in between the popular Beach Resort Towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena! A hire car is recommended, but with one (not 100% required as we can arrange cheap private airport transfers to/from Malaga Airport) you have both towns within 2-5 minutes drive offering the following attractions!:  
•Bioparc - Fuengirola's award winning zoo!  
•The Aquapark in Fuengirola is 10 minutes drive away and the Torremolinos Aquapark 10-15 minutes drive away!

#### Fantastic location, fantastic apartment

Myself and family stayed in June I really couldn't fault anything. The location is perfect a regular bus service is available within a 5 minute walk with bus routes up and down the coast, we hired a car although not essential however you have your own designated car area too. The pool is literally on your door step...so convenient. Everyone was always friendly. The apartment it's self is very spacious the terraced area is perfect with dining space and loungers available for convenience. Roger is great to deal with, always in contact to make sure your stay is perfect. We will definitely be returning soon.

we have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely apartment. we were a group of 7, 4 adults & 3 kids & none of us wanted to leave ! pool right outside is amazing, gardens & whole area are kept really nicely. not lots in walking distance but we had a hire car so that was easily sorted. the apartment contains so much, wifi a godsend for kids, lovely large balcony, pens, paper, even a printer to print out locator forms etc. highly recommend !

#### Beautiful villa in a beautiful location - loved it !

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa . The villa Itself is fantastic , it's a great size and everything was provided for ... So many small touches that just make the difference . There were 3 adults and 2 children and we all loved it and there was so much space for us all. Everything is to the highest standard . There is a huge balcony which is great to both sunbathe And sit and have dinner on. The children loved the pool which is overlooked from the villa so we could watch the children whilst we sunbathed on the roof terrace ... Our favourite spot . This is huge and we sunbathed on until 8pm at night ! There were lots of loungers for us to choose from . The views from the villa are amazing , and it's so peaceful . It is further away from the beach and marina than we thought however this wasn't a problem as we stayed by the villa in the day and got a taxi to the marina at night , only 9 euro ... It would have been about a 30 minute walk . We would normally have ventured out more but we felt we didn't need to . It is at the top of a hill which gives you the amazing views and setting and you can get a taxi to take you to the door or you can drive but we walked from the gates at the bottom . We did stay in and eat as well as there was everything you could need and more in the kitchen . There are 2 supermarkets about 20 min walk , which if you ship before 3pm will deliver your groceries for free ... Which we did in arrival as we stocked up for the week! In summary , this is a huge spacious villa with everything you need and set in the most beautiful location , we all loved our stay and would highly recommend it , Thankyou 😊☀️
