The 120m² vacation home is located in 2nd line of the beach in Benalmádena, a town near the Costa del Sol in Spain's southern Andalusia region. The home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. The home also features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a smart television in the penthouse, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and a highchair are available (upon request).

Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing outdoors on the garden furniture or sun in the private open terrace. The outdoor area also features a shared pool suitable for children as well as showers.

The home is just a 3 to 7 minute (240 to 550 m) walk from a restaurant, a bar, and a cafe, and there is a supermarket just a 4 minute (350 m) stroll away. Beautiful Playa de Terre Vigia beach is just a 10 walk (700 m) walk from the home. Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport is a 20 minute (19 km) drive from the home.
