It has two tastefully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has patio doors to the terrace on the living floor, plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower, double sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi internet available. The living room is attractively furnished and has patio doors to the terrace with views of the mountains, golf course and pool. This terrace has a dining table with 4 chairs and a large retractable awning. Via the stone stairs you reach the roof terrace. This 87 m2 roof terrace is fully furnished with a luxurious teak Boretti outdoor kitchen with mini fridge and sink with cold running water and drainage and drawers with crockery and cutlery. There is also a comfortable lounge set, four sunbeds, a large parasol and a round teak table with four chairs. There are two storage boxes for the cushions and covers. The large earthenware pots with plants and trees give the roof terrace a cozy atmosphere. The trees are watered by an automatic irrigation system. On the roof terrace is a pergola with sun blinds. The roof terrace has panoramic views over the golf course and the mountains. The view is especially fantastic at night. Around a beautiful starry sky and beautifully lit villas against the mountains. Prepare something delicious on the Boretti outdoor kitchen at the setting sun, drink a glass of wine and watch a nice movie in the dark with lovely outside temperatures and a beautiful view. The living room has two comfortable sofas and a dining room set with four chairs. There is satellite T.V. with Dutch television (HD/3D LED T.V. with the channels of the CanalDigital family package), a Blu-Ray/DVD player and a CD player. You can also stream your own content to the Chromecast "Family room" connected to the television. The luxury kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, such as a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob with extractor hood, a microwave and an oven. There are also various coffee making systems (including Senseo) and a toaster. There is a utility room for the washing machine, dryer, cleaning and ironing equipment. Under the apartment is an underground parking garage with a private parking space belonging to the apartment. The penthouse is located on the second floor and has an elevator. In een prachtige omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad. Appartement is zeer compleet met een geweldig dakterras met buitenkeuken. Je zit 10 minuten van diverse stranden en er zijn genoeg supermarkten en eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Met onze huurauto hebben we de omgeving verkend o.a. Ronda, Malaga, Mijas, Marbella en veel kleine dorpjes. Er is genoeg te doen voor jong en oud. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug. ##### Nando H. Our family of four has had an amazing week stay here , the property is in a superb, easily accessed location on Los Arqueros and offers a top quality roof terrace as well as being unbelievably well equipped. The greeting, communication and later information given by the owner of the surrounding areas and facilities was excellent and appreciated. Het fantastische weer tijdens ons verblijf maakte dat we, buiten het slapen, veelal buiten hebben geleefd. Het terras, dé blikvanger van dit verblijf, met de prachtige lounge hoek en buitenkeuken werd dus veelvuldig gebruikt. De woning maakt deel van een appartementen-complex met tuin en mooi zwembad en het viel ons direct op dat dit alles zeer goed werd onderhouden. Elke dag kwam men de kwaliteit van het zwemwater controleren en ook de tuinen werden consequent verzorgd. De ligging, op en vlakbij meerdere golfterreinen, is voor de actieve golfer een droomlocatie! Luxueuze uitstraling en zeer mooi dakterras. Prima locatie van waaruit diverse uitstapjes gemaakt kunnen worden.
