« We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile. »

« We booked 3 rooms for 2 adults and 2 children in each room. We were assigned rooms with one king bed and a pull out. We were not given sheets or pillows for the pull out so the entire stay was uncomfortable. It happy at the rate we paid. »

« The property did not have the room available that was booked. They claimed they were booked full, even after showing the confirmation email. »

« No complaints at all! Well priced, staff are nice, the facilities are brand new and the rooms are clean as can be. »

« Hotel rooms are dated, but there is a lot to do at that location. The sports bar is great - scenic, right in the river. Several food options, casino has three levels, and hotel is in a convenient location. »

« We stayed one night, came by late, there did not use the pool. Staff was super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast was great! First place to have ground meat, corn tortillas, onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, to make tacos. Scrambled eggs, biscuit and gravy, slices of watermelon... Staff on duty cleaned up our plates after eating, walked around asking people how everything was... Also handed out chocolate treats. »

« A very nice place, a med size but pricey snack area. Rooms were pleasant, clean and well maintained, big TV. No restaurant or lounge area but big area for games & visiting. Large area for included breakfast usual hotel breakfast, eggs, potato, sausage, cereal & muffins. Milk, juices water & coffee. We would stay here again. »

« There were holes in the wall plugged with grocery bags. There wasn't a phone. No box spring, just a mattress and metal frame. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand towels or washclothes. Just 2 bath towels. 1 bar of soap for 2 sinks and a shower. Also weirdly 3 outlets by a mirror. »
