My comments would be that the beds are unbelievably hard and could do with mattress toppers (we actually went out and bought one as couldn’t sleep without it). Also the duvet in the master bedroom really does need to be replaced. The property sleeps 6 however there is only room for 5 to sit in the sitting room. The kitchen sits 4 if really pushed but there is no way to realistically sit 6 for every meal. We were lucky enough to have good weather and so were able to eat outside every night. This was lovely in the courtyard but we were mindful not to disturb the neighbours. ##### Fiona B. Solent Landings is in an exceptional position if you like to walk on a beach. My sun rise walks with the dog we’re just perfection. We were made to feel very welcome, the property was very clean and we hope to return to Solent Landings on many occasions to come. The kitchen was a bit smaller than I thought it would be and a bit tricky for all of us to sit around the table but it had everything we needed and is perfectly fine for a holiday home. The location of this property worked great for us! Our daughters are 10 & 12 years old and loved popping down to the beach after a day out which was very easy to do.
