"Fui para o concurso, cheguei cansada vinda de outro estado e não tinham separado o meu quarto, na recepção havia uma moça que não conseguia dizer se eu conseguiria ser hospedada ou não. Foi desesperador, porque as pessoas eram atendidas e eu continuava ali. Depois de ser enfática resolveram o meu problema, por esse único motivo não dei 5 estrelas. A acomodação é ótima! "The internet was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower was not cleaned well, there was hair on the floor. One big issue we had was the difficulty with parking. The stalls are very narrow when you could get a spot. When we returned for the evening, there were no more stalls available and we had to park down the street and drag our suitcases from the hotel to the car in the rain. It was also very odd that one could not order coffee during lunch hours, or in the evenings at the restaurant. A coffee shop was in the lobby, but it never seemed to open. For a place with the name “Cafe Royal” attached to it- one would think coffee would be readily available. "
