It is ideal for traveling business people and remote workers, located minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. The house boasts an open floor plan. The kitchen and living room flow outside to a cozy deck. Black out shades in bedroom with a new king size bed. House comes with access to the Grand River (kayaks provided) and there is an additional deck for a closer view of nature. The house, the view, being right on the river with two deck areas to enjoy…it’s perfect. The house is clean and has everything you need in terms of kitchen and bath supplies. A/C is exceptional. Everything in the house is so comfortable (especially the bed). The location easily gets you wherever you need in the area within 10-15 minutes. Mary is there if you need her but otherwise you won’t even know she’s around (and she’s one of the kindest people you’ll ever meet). Don’t hesitate. The bathroom was small and you could not adjust the showerhead, they probably should replace that. The kitchen was great but the cooking pans and griddle we’re not good. Very convenient to Grand Rapids that’s why we stay there. The property next-door was a real eyesore, our owner tried their best to shield it with window shades.
