Our second time here was great! We were in 407 which was spacious and my favorite is that the windows open. My husband enjoyed the included breakfast and they accept pets.

The room we had, had no WiFi and even though we had a 2 night reservation our room keys turned off after the first day so we had to go to the front desk which is in a different building to get the keycards turned back on. Also tried to take a shower the first morning and there was no hot water.

This was my third stay and by far the best. It's always been quiet and comfortable, but the shower was hot. In the past not so much, and that lukewarm shower in the morning can almost ruin the visit. It was perfect this time. I'll be back.

The wifi sucked, barely stayed connected. The floor plan said that there would ice machine and vending machine on the 2nd floor, there as no vending machine. It would have been nice if there would have been bottle water in the rooms.The front desk lady was friendly.

In the bathroom there was a towel on top of the shower that had lots of hair on it and it was quite gross, must’ve not been cleaned from the previous person that stayed so that took away from the cleanliness.

I am disgusted. Never again will stay in that nasty hotel. We arrived on april 12 and left on april 16, not once our room was cleaned. Travel quite a lot and only encountered this situation once in Atlanta, but it was resolved immediately. Do not recommend this hotel if you arw a clean person

This property was average. I believe it’s different ownership from my last stay. The property made me feel like I was in an Indian restaurant as there was a smell through the hallways. Rooms were average, partially renovated, the staff seemed they needed more training.

Our bathroom floor had some dirty spots, the floor board around the toilet were so dirty, doors were dirty. Could not get a refund, was told no other rooms were available but then the room next to us was available but not happy with the condition of that room either. The bed sheets in both rooms did not fit the bed very well. I would not recommend this place!!! We ended up leaving.

Bed was noisy and bad. Floors were in shabby shape and installed poorly (gaps between the flooring and walls). Took forever to get any hot water going in the shower, never was very hot at all. Absolutely no hot water in sink or shower. Let run for 10 minutes and still no hot water! Also sounded like a herd of elephants on the floor above us all night long. Air conditioner was VERY loud. Front desk staff did nothing when we brought up our concerns.

Desk staff was rude. I had to go get my key re formatted every morning which was super inconvenient The door and fan were broken in the bathroom.

The place was clean, the staff was nice..But was very noisy. Fan in the room made horrible noise and I couldn't sleep mostly of the night. Outside people cars and load voice woke me up. I had an important test next day, but I didn't rest well. I was in room 311, Alexandria building
