Explore the Evergreen State by day and relax inside the cozy home or out in the backyard by night.

After your daily adventures, you’ll be happy to return to this charming home with comfortable furnishings throughout. Curl up on the large L-shaped couch in the southwestern-themed living area and watch old western cowboy movies with your loved ones.

In the spacious, fully equipped kitchen, cook up a hearty meal for the whole group to enjoy at the dining table set for 4 in the kitchen.

On sunny days, enjoy your feast out in the backyard, where you can gather around the picnic table and breathe in the fresh air.

Sleep is sure to come easy in one of the bedroom’s queen or king beds. Two other guests can rest their heads on the full pullout bed.

Outdoor activities abound in coastal Washington, and this home places you minutes from it all! Strap on your hiking boots and head 10 miles to Whatcom Falls Park to walk scenic trails to waterfalls.

Fishers, bring your gear, as you’ll find several lakes, like Tennant Lake, minutes from the house!

During the winter, shred fresh powder at Mt. Baker Ski Area, an hour and 20 minutes from the home.

Watch the leaves change colors in the fall as you drive the famous Chuckanut Drive, a scenic, winding, coastal road with restaurants, galleries and hidden beaches along the way.

After your outdoor adventures, enjoy a night in downtown, 6 miles from the home. Check out the hands-on science exhibits at SPARK Museum of Electrical Invention and marvel at the art and regional history displays at the Whatcom Museum before grabbing a bite to eat in the city.

Peaceful stay on a quiet property
We had a great stay at this cute and quiet property. We really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the backyard. Our hosts were lovely and even recommended the Bellingham Farmers Market for viewing.

Lovely rural location with yard, kittens, friendly dog and pleasant property owners! House had everything we needed including comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Great place to spread out after travels. The house was in great shape and nice to stay at. The location was very close to town and easy to get to the surrounding area. Would stay here again.

Great people. Was a nice stay.
Cleanliness: The house itself was clean enough but the couch is pretty old and soiled. The entryway needs some care too as there were huge spiders and webs on the light and railing. Check In: Easiest thing ever. Wonderful people live there and greeted us (along with the awesome dogs) when we got there. Accuracy of listing: This place really sleeps 4. The pullout couch is not a suitable place to sleep. The washing machine was broke. Location and neighborhood: My family likes being away from the action, so it was perfect for us. Overall rating: If they got rid of the spiders and couch, I would stay here again. I really liked the people. They really made us feel welcome.

Has potential, just not up to par
The layout of the house was great and we especially liked the beds (very comfortable!). We thought it was going to be a great space. But within our first hour of being in the home, we discovered Cheetos smushed into the carpet, oatmeal in the kitchen sink, and a wad of hair in the shower drain. There are loose (and pokey) staples where the carpets meet the door frames and they hurt to step on (especially for our one year old). The fan in the living room didn't work (no batteries in the remote) which was a bummer during the first few days of our trip when it was warm out. The dogs on the property are friendly, but they bark a lot. If it was more cleanly and the annoyances were fixed, we would think about staying here again. As is, we definitely won't be returning.
