« The house is basic and not that updated (old/tired in some ways) but the cost is acceptable and location is great. The hot tub didn't work all 3 nights and to be honest I couldn't be bothered to call the management company (canadian phone). That was a disappointment as we had a 10. year old with us and we also like hot tubs. »

« We wanted a Bellingham base from which to visit friends and explore. This was perfect. Easy parking, light with wonderful views and well positioned. It was quiet and even the famous Bellingham train horn was not too noticeable! »

« Great condo with A+ upgrades (TVs, WiFi, Fireplaces). Everything was lovely, clean and well organized upon arrival. The only reason I'm not able to give this a full 5 stars is due to the Clubhouse hot tub not working (and almost resembling a breeding ground for frogs). We had also hoped for a quiet, restful week, but alas, the condo right on the other side of the wall is being renovated. (and from the looks of the rubble hanging off of the balcony, won't be completed any time soon). We awoke to...

« Loved the location and the space, view and amenities. All towels and mattresses need to be replaced »

« House had everything we needed. Towels, linens, and shower curtain were fresh. Britta pitcher was a plus. Coffee maker had an odd shape that didn't match the standard filter size so that's was a little tricky. The paper towels and toilet paper were the magical scratchy dissolving kind but not a deal breaker 😂 The rug in the master and the couch were a little dingier than I'd prefer but everything else felt clean. Great value, cute, would stay again! »

« The property was just as described. We realized the key fob for the pool was not left behind by the previous guests and they were able to stop by with a loaner within 15 minutes. Very responsive! The community areas are very outdated but the indoor pool was clean enough and nice to have given the season (still very cold outside). »

« We had a fun relaxing couple days at the beach. Public beach access was right across the road. When the tide was out we found lots of sea animals and the kids did a little clamming. The house was clean. Maybe a bit sparse for kitchen equipment as we are ate all our meals there, but we made due. The back yard and creek were relaxing too. We did need bug spray to enjoy it. »

« First VRBO experience and it went very well. It was relaxing to have more space than a hotel room, an area to make breakfast and a convenient location. We were visiting family in the off season but I imagine this apartment would be ideal for a family of beach goers. Thanks to our hosts for making the stay seamless. »

« This is a great spot right across the street from the beach. Fabulous views from the living and dining room windows. Clean, reasonably well-equipped and very pleasant. Host was super helpful. Only negative: for some reason the code they gave us for the laundry room didn’t work for us. »

« The condo was great. The beds were comfy with enough room for everyone. The kids loved the secret room with fairy lights. We enjoyed the ocean view from the deck. It was a wonderful weekend. Can’t wait to book for next year. »

« We’ve stayed there several times over the years. We love the ground floor units so the kids/grandkids now, can play out front safely and within view. We love the close proximity to the beach & of course the indoor pool and hot tub since we usually come in the Spring. »

« I took my daughter for the weekend to celebrate her birthday. It was very relaxing, with many comforts of home and a super comfy bed! The information book was everything we needed. The location was close to many good places, beach walks, etc. »

« While the onsite amenities (pool, hot tub, etc) and the condo itself could use some updating, it was a great location for a Birch Bay beach trip. You can easily walk to the beach or the local coffee shop, restaurants, even Beach Cat Brewery. Cleanliness only got a 2 star as our sheets on the bed were either soiled or stained and had a few random hairs that weren't ours. Also couch needs to be replaced and deck space also needs some tending to. Overall though we still enjoyed our stay. »

« Our family of five stayed for a night at this lovely house. Plenty of space, a fantastic deck and view over the lake, and excellent communication and responsiveness from the host. Would definitely recommend! »
