« This is an awesome condo in the middle of downtown St Louis. It is located around all kinds of fun stuff to do and has all the amenities you would want in a place to stay. Person living upstairs had a party and was loud late into the night but it was a Saturday night so just an FYI if you like total piece and quiet on a weekend »

« When we arrived we had not received any info on how to get in! Finally found how to contact Vrbo help after messaging the owner. Vrbo got hold of the owner who checked and confirmed the info had not been sent. Ummm yeah, we knew that! Eventually we got in and it was easy but very frustrating and NOT the way to start a vacation. Property was fine. Bathroom door sticks and is half open always. Could use a night light (I didn’t think I’d need one.) Disposer didn’t work - we just used trash can....

« We came in for 2 nights of shows at Chafeitz and this place was the perfect location. We could walk to and from the shows with ease. Great location to restaurants in the area. The place was like an art gallery with cool features throughout. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve experienced in a rental. « Worked great for our family trip down memory lane visiting our old haunts in St. Louis. Reminded me of the apartment buildings I lived in, with original hardwood floors, plaster walls, and all. Very convenient location to the Metro and Forest Park. The only drawbacks were the heat (top floor and probably some of the hottest days of the summer meant the A/C couldn't keep up) and the basement laundry. Housekeeping uses it from 10-3, but even then there were no washers/dryers open. »

« It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place...
